I led design from end to end, structuring fragmented ordering and compliance logic into a system teams could actually operate from.

This project took 5 months.

Placing vaccine orders required switching between systems to gather and confirm information; healthcare teams always knew what they needed, but getting there took too long.

Order History would be the primary reordering flow.

Order History would be the primary reordering flow.

Insight: Reordering broke down because the system didn’t match peoples expectations.

"Why can’t I just reorder something from my recent orders? That feels like a basic feature."

SOLUTION, 1 OF 3

Introduce clearer reordering pathways with flexible entry points beyond Order History.

Introduce clearer reordering pathways with flexible entry points beyond Order History.

In addition to quick reordering, teams could build product lists once and reuse them for repeat puchases.
